| Once more with the English translation. |

| “What's your favorite number?” |
| Семь. (Sem'.) |
| “It's seven.” |
| First of all you'll need to learn how to say “What's your favorite number?” |
| That's: |
| Какое у вас любимое число? (Kakoye u vas lyubimoye chislo?) |
| Listen to it again: |

| This Russian sentence literally means “What at yours favorite number?” |
| But it means “What's your favorite number?”. |
| Now, how do you answer this question? |
| The pattern is: |

| “It's [number].” |
| In Russian, we only say the number as the answer. |
| For example: |
