How can I work without knowing how to speak,

I know heating and air conditioning but I don't speak the Russian language very well at all, How can I find a job to get started untill I learn to speak better.
It will not require me to speak and may be dirty work I assume.

I'm afraid that it is hard to find a job without any Russian. You have to learn the language or to have an English speaker familiar.
But, at least you may try to search in Internet on different job-sites.
