Would like to study Veterinary Medicine in Russia

I'm very much hoping to study Veterinary Medicine in Russia within the next three years. However, I have been having no luck at getting schools to respond to my requests for information. Any Advice? I'm also trying to figure out how to pay for foreign study, I don't know if US financial aid will work for covering my tuition/board/transportation/food, etc. Again, any advice?

You want to go to school in Russian but have no money? You will have to get a job there teaching English or something. I don't think you can use US federal finanical aid for a foreign institution unless it is part of a US program to study abroad. Or you could try to get financial aid from the Russian government..
