myFeed password restriction!

Hi,

As a premium member, I want to create a feed which would include all audio and pdf's to get everything automatically in iTunes and later on my iPod.
Unfortunately, when I add the feed URL to iTunes, iTunes keeps asking me for my password and nothing happen! It's strange that I can use my password to enter the premium content on the web site but that same password is not working for the feed in iTunes!
Does anyone here has similar problems?

I really hope to get this solved as it's a bit of a tedious job to keep downloading everything manually!

Renewing the password didn't do the trick, but changing the case of the login name resulted in the fact that I'm now able to get the pdf's in my iTunes and i can also see all the audio tracks.
Unfiortunately, it's not possible to download them into iTunes! Every attempt results in an error message from iTunes!

And this may be off topic, but what's the use of a Technical Support Forum, if there is no technical support from a moderator from the RussianPod101 team?
