голодный or голоден?

In the Newbie Series and the Absolute Beginner Series, I've heard both of these used to say "I'm hungry". So...gramatically what's the difference? Thanks!

No difference. голоден - is a short form of - голодный. Exemples: Сытый - сыт, добрый - добр etc.
